We recently stayed at MPT Sampat Vikramaditya the Heritage during our Ujjain temple visit, and it truly made our trip special. The location is perfect for visiting Mahakal and all the major temples. The biggest comfort was the safety and support during the late-night Mahakal darshan and The famous Bhasma Aarti . The hotel staff stayed available until our entry and exit, which made us feel very secure and confident. The management and staff are extremely friendly, caring, and always ready to help. The food served were fresh and excellent, and overall the stay was very comfortable. A special thanks to Sathish ji for explaining the significance of the divine power of Mahakal, and guiding us about all the important temples in Ujjain. Highly recommended for anyone visiting..🙏

Housekeeping Rahul Boyat and Mahesh Kaloshiya — your meticulous care ensured our suites remained immaculate and welcoming at all times. True luxury lies in consistency and detail, and you upheld that standard flawlessly. Ushering & safety Ajay so meticulously guided & facilitated our Puja & Darshan arrangements. This was truly appreciated. Spa Krishna and his lady colleague — the spa experience was deeply rejuvenating. The calm professionalism, attentive service, and tranquil atmosphere provided the perfect balance after long spiritual mornings and temple visits. It was restorative in the truest sense. We visited this property during Shiv ratri 2026 - and I must say I wasn’t disappointed with any aspect of this property. What a beautiful stay I had . I wouldn’t be wrong in admitting the fact that i actually don’t want to go home haha!! Rooms were spacious - the courtyard is such a beautiful space where i d roam around for long periods of time . And the location of the property is immaculate . Right next to the property is the Mahakaleshwar jyotirlinga . The hotel team helped us do all Darshanas and we are so pleased to have been able to experience mahakaal and his blessings on Shivratri tithi. Thankyou to the entire team for making my stay so so comfortable and joyous.

I had a really great overall experience, but the service was not up to the mark. I booked my stay with breakfast, lunch, and dinner for three people. Before arriving, I informed the staff that we would be late for lunch and requested that it be sent to our room upon arrival. However, they delivered food for only two people, and even that arrived after a delay of 1–2 hours. Despite repeatedly informing the staff that there were three of us, the issue was not resolved. I eventually had to speak to the manager, and only then was the remaining lunch sent—around 6:00 PM, which was far too late. Everything else about the stay was excellent, but this poor service was very disappointing. I am completely unsatisfied with the way this situation was handled.

We had a wonderful stay at MPT Samrat Vikramaditya Heritage Hotel during our Mahakal visit. We had booked 2 rooms as we were traveling with family and kids, and everything was very well arranged. A special thank you to Mr. Satish, the General Manager, for personally guiding us and helping plan our temple visits so smoothly. His warmth and evening gupshups with all the bank of mythological information that he has made it a very warm stay. His effort and involvement truly made our experience special. Ms. Dipika made our check-in very warm and welcoming and guided us properly regarding our Mahakal darshan and pre-booked passes. Checkout by Archana was quick and hassle-free, and we could comfortably leave for Indore on time. The property is very clean, food is great, and the overall hospitality is excellent. We hope Mahakal calls us again soon — and whenever we return, this will definitely be our stay! Highly recommended 👍
